What You Will Get To Do:

  • Lead and manage design projects including new capabilities, integrations, automation, robotics, and industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems
  • Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective actions for product equipment issues
  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify and implement cost savings opportunities for improving the utilization of personnel, material, and utilities using LEAN principles
  • Participate in the development of new products or changes related to current products with a focus on the organization's ability to manufacture and meet customer requirements
  • Perform takt and cycle time studies for all processes
  • Understand and comply with all OSHA, NFPA70E, safety and PPE requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • Work Experience: 8 years of demonstrated experience in this area, hands-on exposure and knowledge of the areas of manufacturing, mechanical engineering and product launch
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Process Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with ERP systems, AutoCAD, or other 2D drafting systems, SolidWorks or other 3D parametric systems
