What Will You Get To Do:

  • Lead and manage a diverse group of Customer Service team members
  • The ability to drive change and adopt a fast and effective pace
  • Ensure all purchase orders, inquiries, complaints, returns, and credits are processed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with customer service level agreements (SLA)
  • Effectively and efficiently manage all customer price holds to resolution in collaboration with the Pricing Analyst and sales leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, Planning, and Purchasing teams to ensure cohesive product and customer service
  • Coach and develop others to ensure organizational success

What Will You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a Customer Service team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, related field, or demonstrated working experience in Customer Service Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP systems, order management systems customer relations management (CRM) systems, customer portals and Electronic Data Interchange
  • The ability and willingness to work fully onsite 5 days a week
