What Will You Get To Do:

  • Translate the needs and customer requirements into technical specifications/design inputs
  • Provide input and oversight of the activities of the Product Engineers
  • Work with customers to define all product application requirements necessary to gain product approval for production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure final submissions accurately include all tooling and equipment
  • Ensure product design meets product cost and overall capital budget parameters and is summarized for the project leads
  • Ensure test and analysis validates the design, meets requirements and is approved for production
  • Solve technical issues associated with customer and product demands
  • Work directly with Advance Quality Engineer (AQE) to ensure quality planning meets customer documentation needs

What Will You Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in Product, Applications or Designing Engineer
  • Proven knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Customer facing experience
  • Program/project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSM, BSMET)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, 3D CAD, and ERP system
