What You Will Get To Do:

• Perform basic welding task using MIG TIG, or Stick techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine welding specifications
• Fabrication of components
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to company standards
• Perform grinding, cutting, and other finishing tasks to ensure smooth welds
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols
• Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor
• Count and maintain accurate tracking of jobs
• Perform quality checks
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Inspect parts and machinery for errors

What You Will Bring:

• Work Experience: Previous experience, trade school, or formal training as a Welder or apprentice in a manufacturing setting
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices and ability to read blueprints
• Computer Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite,
