Tool Room Crib Attendant

Department: Maintenance
Location: Grand Rapids, MI

We’re looking for a Tool Crib Attendant to play a vital role in supporting our maintenance, facilities, and tool room teams. What Will You Get To Do:

  • Maintain inventory in Maintenance & Tool Room Cribs
  • Receive crib and non-stock items
  • Stock items in Maintenance & Tool Room Cribs
  • Submit Purchase Order Requisitions for non-stock items for Maintenance and Tool Room teams
  • Assist Maintenance team with needed inventory for preventative maintenance duties
  • Maintain 5S for the maintenance crib
  • Periodically perform Cycle Counts and adjust physical inventory to maintain accurate inventory levels in the crib and in Oracle
  • Consolidate and standardize inventory with direction from Maintenance & Toolroom leadership
  • Maintain inventory locations in main cribs and satellite locations
  • Adjust min/max levels with direction from Maintenance & Toolroom leadership
  • Assist Maintenance & Toolroom leadership with work requests and work order management

What Will You Bring:

  • 2 years of related experience in supporting a maintenance or tool room department 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office skills, ERP systems, Outlook Proficiency in at least one CRM platform
