What Will You Get To Do:

  • Product Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with released products to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Engineering Change Management: Manage the ECO process, updating drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and CAD files to reflect design changes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Assist/Perform root cause analysis on failures and manufacturing defects to prevent recurrence.
  • Cost Reduction & Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost savings, component obsolescence management, and yield improvements in manufacturing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to support product changes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ROHS, CE, REACH).
  • Provide support to manufacturing to ensure products are fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and processes that support business requirements.
  • Generate effective written and oral communication to support, execute, and document project activities

What Will You Bring:

  • Work Experience: 5 years previous experience in a manufacturing or design environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related field
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, working experience in 3D Solid Model environment(s), ERP system knowledge
